Short answer
Luxeva Cyprus brings in what you can't find in Cyprus. You describe it — a screenshot, a brand name or a one-line description — and we find it in the catalogue. We send the photo, the price and the timing; if you approve, we bring it. Branded pieces take 7–8 working days, unbranded 13–16.
Can you bring a dress you saw on Instagram to Cyprus?
Usually yes. It is the sentence we hear most on the island: a dress from an account, a bag a friend was carrying, a pair of shoes from a series. The piece stays in your head, but nobody on the island stocks it.
Most requests start with a single screenshot. It doesn't matter who posted it or whether that account sells anything — what we need is the piece itself. If the brand is legible we search the catalogue directly. If there is no brand we work from the shape: cut, length, colour, hardware tone, leather or fabric. There are thousands of models in the catalogue; the same piece, or something very close, usually turns up.
Sometimes it doesn't. Then we say we couldn't find it and send two or three close alternatives with photos. We don't say "found it" about something we haven't found.
What do you need in order to describe a piece?
In order, starting with the most useful:
- A screenshot. Enough on its own. Cropped, blurry or shot from a distance is fine.
- Brand and model name. The fastest route if you have it — one search and it's done.
- A description. "Small black quilted bag with a chain strap" works too.
- Size or measurements. Dress size, shoe size, or "it needs to fit this much".
- A date. If it has to arrive by a particular day, say so first; we quote the timing around it.
If all you have is a vague memory, write anyway. A few questions usually narrow it down.
How do you order something you can't find in Cyprus?
- You write. Send the image or the description on WhatsApp.
- We search. We find the same piece or the closest one in the catalogue. Usually within a few hours.
- Photo, price and timing come back. All three. The price is that day's price — no haggling, no different price for different people.
- You approve. Nothing happens until you do.
- We bring it in and it reaches your door. Payment by transfer, on delivery or in person.
No basket, no account, no checkout page. The whole thing runs in one conversation — not an oversight, a choice.
How long does it take?
| Piece | Time | Why |
|---|---|---|
| In the window | 1–3 working days | On the island, in stock |
| To order, branded | 7–8 working days | Single item from the brand's warehouse |
| To order, unbranded | 13–16 working days | Longer supplier line |
The difference comes from the supply line, not the brand. If you have a date, these three rows are all you need: with a week to go before an event, an unbranded piece will not make it, and we say so up front.
Can you bring anything?
No. There are three cases where we say no, and we prefer to say it in the first message.
Models whose season has closed
A piece that has dropped out of the catalogue usually can't be found. If you're after something from two or three seasons back, the answer is generally no.
Pieces where shipping costs more than the piece
It happens with bulky, low-value items. We tell you the number and you decide.
Delivery off the island
We deliver in Northern Cyprus only. We don't ship off the island.
What if you don't like it?
There are no refunds — we're not hiding that halfway down the page. What we do have is a wide exchange: within 7 days of delivery, a piece with its tags still on can be exchanged for any item in stock. It doesn't have to be the same category; you can buy a bag and exchange it for shoes. If there's a price difference you pay it and take the new piece.
Pieces brought in to order are included. Taking a specially ordered piece back in exchange isn't common practice; we do it. The detail is on the exchange page.
