Frequently asked questions
- How do I find out the price of a piece?
- We don't publish prices on the site. Exchange rates and sourcing costs move, so prices change. Tap the WhatsApp button on a piece and its name reaches us ready-written; we'll come back shortly with the current price and what's in stock.
- What categories are there?
- The collection has four categories: bags, shoes, clothing and accessories. Use the filters at the top of the page to see only the category you want.
- How many of each model do you bring in?
- We usually source 3–8 of each model. We keep the collection deliberately small because we don't want you running into several other people carrying the same bag. Sold-out models may or may not return; where we can, we re-source them on request.
- Can you find a model that isn't in the collection?
- Yes. What you see in the window is only a selected sample of the models we can reach — our catalogues hold thousands. Send us the label, the model, the colour or the style on WhatsApp or Instagram. We'll share suitable options with photos; you choose, we source it. Delivery: labelled models in 7–8 working days, unlabelled models in 13–16 working days.
- When are new pieces added?
- New arrivals go up on Instagram (@luxeva.cyprus) first. The collection page is refreshed with the new models within a few days.
