- Are the pieces on this page in stock?
- Yes. All 14 pieces on the Luxeva Cyprus collection page are with us. Confirm on the day you ask and the order is with the courier within 2 days.
- How do I find out the price of a piece?
- Prices aren't shown on the site because stock changes with every batch. Tap the WhatsApp message on a card and it opens with that piece's name already written; send it and we'll reply with the price of the day and how many are left.
- What categories are there?
- The collection has three categories: bags, shoes and accessories. Use the filter buttons at the top of the page to narrow the list to one of them.
- How many of each model do you bring in?
- We bring in 3–8 of each model. The number is deliberately small: we don't want you running into three other people on the island carrying the same bag. A model that sells out may not return to the window, but we can bring it in to order.
- Can you find a model that isn't in the collection?
- Yes. The pieces here are only examples; the catalogue behind them runs to thousands. Send the label, the colour or the style on WhatsApp and we'll come back with photos. Labelled models reach you in 7–8 days, unlabelled ones in 15–18.
- When are new pieces added?
- We post on Instagram (@luxeva.cyprus) the day a new batch arrives; the collection page catches up a few days later.
